This Refund, Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy explains the circumstances under which refunds, cancellations, rescheduling requests, credits and other remedies may be granted by Airmaniax. Please read this Policy carefully before making a booking.

GENERAL PRINCIPLES

  • All bookings are subject to availability and confirmed by Airmaniax at the time of purchase.
  • Refunds are not processed automatically. They must be formally requested and reviewed in line with this Policy.
  • Eligibility for a refund depends on the type of booking, how much notice is given, and the circumstances involved.
  • We may ask for your booking reference, payment proof, identity documents, or other supporting information before processing any request. This helps us protect both you and us.

INDIVIDUAL TICKET BOOKINGS

2.1 Cancellations Made at Least 24 Hours in Advance
  • If you cancel your online booking at least 24 hours before your scheduled session and have not used the ticket (even partially), you are entitled to a full refund of the ticket price.
2.2 Cancellations Made Less Than 24 Hours Before Your Session
  • Cancellations requested within 24 hours of a scheduled session are generally not eligible for a monetary refund subject to the approval from the management. However, because we value your experience with us, our team may at their discretion offer one of the following alternatives:
  1. A one-time rescheduling to a future date that works for you.
  2. Park credit to use on your next visit
  3. A promotional voucher for future use
  4. An alternate booking slot on the same or a nearby date

Please note that these options are offered in good faith and are not guaranteed. They are subject to availability and management approval at the time of your request.

WALK-IN BOOKINGS

  • Walk-in tickets that have already been used are non-refundable under any circumstance.
  • If you purchased a walk-in ticket but have not yet used it, may be rescheduled to another available session on the same day, subject to capacity and management approval.

Note: – If you’re unsure whether you’ll be able to use your ticket on the day, we always recommend booking online in advance so you have a little more flexibility.

NO-SHOW POLICY

  • If a guest does not attend their booked session and has not contacted us beforehand:
  • The booking will be marked as a No-Show.
  • No refund will be issued.
  • No credit, voucher, or alternative arrangement will be provided.

We hold slots open for every confirmed booking, which means a no-show affects other guests too. If you know you won’t be able to make it, please contact us as early as possible even a short heads-up helps us serve everyone better.

LATE ARRIVAL POLICY

We strongly recommend arriving at least 30 minutes before your scheduled activity. This gives you time to check in, get briefed, and enjoy the full experience without rushing.

  • Your activity duration may be reduced to avoid disrupting other guests.
  • You may be refused entry to a session that has already begun, particularly for group activities.
  • Slots may be reallocated to walk-in guests if you are significantly delayed.
  • Guests arriving more than 15 minutes after their scheduled start time risk losing their booking without a refund. We understand delays happen but unfortunately, we cannot always hold slots indefinitely without impacting other visitors.

PARTICIPATION & SAFETY RESTRICTIONS

  • The safety of our guests is our highest priority. Certain attractions, activities, inflatable courses, jump zones, climbing elements, obstacle courses, and other facilities may be subject to age, height, weight, health, fitness, medical, or safety requirements.
  • Airmaniax reserves the right to restrict, refuse, suspend, or terminate participation in any activity where a guest:
    • Does not meet the applicable age, height, weight, or safety requirements;
    • Is pregnant or has a medical condition that may make participation unsafe;
    • Appears to be under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any intoxicating substance;
    • Is behaving in a dangerous, reckless, abusive, disruptive, or unsafe manner;
    • Refuses to comply with safety instructions, park rules, or directions provided by Airmaniax staff; or
    • Is otherwise considered unsuitable for participation due to safety concerns.
  • Any restriction, refusal, suspension, or termination of participation for safety reasons shall not entitle the guest to any refund, compensation, credit, or damages.

BIRTHDAY PARTIES, PRIVATE EVENTS & CELEBRATIONS

6.1 Deposits: – A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all private event and birthday party bookings. This deposit covers planning, coordination, and resource allocation that begins well before your event date.

6.2 Cancellation Terms: – If you need to cancel a private event, the following refund schedule applies:

  • Cancellation more than 14 days before the event: Full refund of all amounts paid, excluding the deposit.
  • Cancellation between 7 and 14 days before the event: 50% refund of amounts paid (excluding deposit).
  • Cancellation less than 7 days before the event: No refund is available.

6.3 Rescheduling: – One rescheduling request per booking may be accommodated, subject to venue availability and prior management approval. Please reach out to us as soon as you know you need to reschedule the earlier, the better.

SCHOOL GROUPS, INSTITUTIONAL VISITS & CORPORATE EVENTS

  • Cancellation 15 or more days before the event: Full refund, less a modest administrative charge.
  • Cancellation between 7 and 14 days before the event: 50% refund.
  • Cancellation fewer than 7 days before the event: No refund.

Please note that any customised services arranged specifically for your booking including catering, branded materials, external entertainers, decorators, or other third-party arrangements are non-refundable regardless of when the cancellation is made, as these commitments are made on your behalf in advance.

MEMBERSHIPS, SEASON PASSES & ANNUAL PASSES

8.1 Non-Refundability & Exceptions: – As a rule, memberships, annual passes, and season passes are non-refundable. When you purchase a pass, you’re locking in a great rate in exchange for a commitment.

That said, we recognise there are genuine exceptions. A prorated refund may be considered in the following situations:

  • The membership was purchased due to a duplicate payment, technical error, or processing error attributable to Airmaniax or its payment systems.
  • The pass was activated by mistake (e.g., technical or system error).

8.2 Suspension or Termination of Membership: – Airmaniax reserves the right to suspend, revoke, cancel, or terminate any membership, season pass, annual pass, or related benefit at any time where a member:

  • Violates park rules, safety requirements, or operational policies;
  • Engages in abusive, threatening, disruptive, or inappropriate conduct;
  • Shares, transfers, misuses, or permits unauthorized use of membership benefits;
  • Provides false, misleading, or fraudulent information;
  • Engages in fraudulent activity or attempts to circumvent booking, access, or payment systems; or
  • Otherwise acts in a manner that may compromise the safety, security, reputation, or legitimate interests of Airmaniax.

Any suspension, revocation, cancellation, or termination of membership under this clause shall not entitle the member to any refund, compensation, credit, or damages.

CAFÉ, FOOD ORDERS & CATERING

  • Food and beverage items that have been prepared, served, or delivered cannot be refunded.
  • Advance catering orders may be cancelled more than 24 hours before the service date for a full refund.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the service date are not eligible for a refund, as ingredients and preparation will already be underway.

If you have a concern about food quality, please raise it with a member of our team immediately while you are on-site. We take all food feedback seriously and will investigate promptly.

GIFT CARDS, VOUCHERS & PROMOTIONAL CREDITS

  • Gift cards, promotional vouchers, complimentary tickets, reward points, and other issued credits:
    • Cannot be exchanged for cash.
    • Cannot be refunded once purchased or issued.
    • Cannot be replaced if lost, stolen, or expired.
  • Vouchers and credits may have specific conditions.

PAYMENT FAILURES & DUPLICATE TRANSACTIONS

Technology isn’t always perfect. If you have been charged more than once for the same booking, please contact us immediately with your payment details. We will verify the transaction on our end and process a refund for any excess amount charged.

Depending on your bank and payment method, refunds typically appear within:

  • UPI payments: 3–7 business days
  • Debit or credit cards: 7–15 business days.
  • Net banking: 7–15 business days
  • Other payment methods: As applicable

The above timelines are estimates. Actual credit depends on your bank or payment provider and is outside our direct control.

TECHNICAL ISSUES & OPERATIONAL INTERRUPTIONS

12.1 Operational Interruptions: – If an activity becomes unavailable due to equipment malfunction, a technical breakdown, safety concerns, capacity restrictions, or an operational emergency, we will work quickly to make things right. Depending on the situation, we may offer:

  • A full or partial refund
  • A credit notes or voucher for a future visit
  • Rescheduling to an alternative date and time

The remedy offered will be determined based on the nature and extent of the disruption. We aim to be fair, and we ask for your patience and understanding in these situations.

12.2 Temporary Closure of Attractions or Facilities
Airmaniax operates a variety of attractions, activities, inflatable obstacle courses, jump zones, warrior courses, play areas, café facilities, and related amenities. While we strive to keep all attractions operational, certain attractions, activities, facilities, or sections of the Park may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, repairs, safety inspections, capacity management, staff availability, technical issues, operational requirements, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

The temporary closure, suspension, modification, or restricted availability of any individual attraction, activity, facility, or amenity shall not constitute grounds for a full or partial refund, provided that Airmaniax remains substantially operational and guests continue to have access to a reasonable range of activities and facilities.

Airmaniax reserves the right to modify, replace, suspend, or discontinue any attraction, activity, facility, service, or amenity without prior notice where necessary for operational or safety reasons.

WEATHER POLICY

If Airmaniax remains open and operational, no refund will be offered solely based on rain, traffic, bad weather, or personal travel difficulties. We recommend guests check conditions before travelling and plan accordingly.

If Airmaniax closes specific attractions or the entire venue due to severe or dangerous weather conditions, we will do the right thing. Depending on the circumstances, affected guests may receive:

  • A full or partial refund
  • A future visit credit.
  • A rescheduled booking at no additional charge

This policy is applied with common sense and in good faith. We will always communicate clearly and promptly in such situations.

FORCE MAJEURE

There are circumstances beyond anyone’s reasonable control including natural disasters, floods, fires, epidemics, pandemics, government-imposed restrictions, civil unrest, strikes, power outages, or acts of God. In such events, Airmaniax cannot be held liable for service failures or delays.

Where it is feasible to do so, we will offer affected guests alternative dates, vouchers, or credits. We appreciate your understanding that some situations are simply beyond what any business can anticipate or manage.

FRAUD, MISUSE & UNAUTHORISED ACTIVITY

We take the integrity of our ticketing and booking system seriously. No refund will be issued in any case involving:

  • Suspected fraudulent activity or misrepresentation.
  • Resale or unauthorised transfer of tickets
  • Tampering with wristbands, QR codes, or access credentials
  • Provision of false booking or personal information
  • Payment disputes raised without a valid or legitimate basis.

Airmaniax reserves all legal rights in connection with such incidents and may pursue appropriate action where necessary.

CHARGEBACKS & PAYMENT DISPUTES, REFUND REQUEST SUBMISSION PERIOD

16.1 Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
If you have a concern about a charge, we strongly encourage you to reach out to us first. Our team is responsive and will do everything we can to resolve matters fairly and quickly often far faster than a bank dispute process.

If a chargeback is initiated without prior contact with Airmaniax and is found to be fraudulent or unwarranted, we reserve the right to:

  • Recover the disputed amount and any associated costs.
  • Suspend or cancel existing memberships and future bookings.
  • Initiate legal proceedings where warranted.

Airmaniax reserves the right to submit booking records, attendance records, wristband records, CCTV footage, waiver forms, transaction records, and any other relevant evidence to the applicable payment processor, bank, card network, or legal authority for the purpose of defending any chargeback or payment dispute.

16.2 Refund Request Submission Period
To enable timely verification and resolution, all refund requests must be submitted within seven (7) days from the scheduled booking date or the date on which the relevant service was due to be provided.
Refund requests submitted after this period may not be considered, except where Airmaniax determines, in its sole discretion, that exceptional circumstances exist and sufficient supporting documentation is provided.

16.3 Taxes, Fees & Deductions
Approved refunds shall be processed after adjustment of any applicable payment gateway charges, bank charges, convenience fees, taxes, government levies, and deductions required under applicable law.

REFUND PROCESSING TIMELINES

All approved refunds are processed from our end promptly. However, the time it takes for funds to appear in your account depends on your payment method and banking institution:

  • UPI: 3–7 business days
  • Debit / Credit Cards: 7–15 business days.
  • Net Banking: 7–15 business days.
  • Other payment methods: Variable as communicated at the time.

If you haven’t received your refund after the above period, please contact your bank or payment provider first. If the issue persists, our team is happy to assist.

REFUND METHOD

All approved refunds shall be processed to the original mode of payment used for the transaction wherever reasonably possible. Airmaniax reserves the right to issue refunds through an alternative method, including store credit, voucher, bank transfer, or cheque, where the original payment method is unavailable or cannot reasonably be used.

Nothing in this Policy shall limit any rights available to consumers under applicable law.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Airmaniax responsibility is limited to the services directly provided by us. We are not liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential losses arising from cancellations.
  • Travel costs, accommodation expenses, or transport bookings made in connection with a visit.
  • Loss of enjoyment, business revenue, or any incidental costs

We recommend guests avoid making non-refundable travel arrangements until their Airmaniax booking is confirmed. If you’re planning a long journey, it’s always worth double-checking before you book flights or hotels.

RIGHT TO UPDATE THIS POLICY

We may update or revise this Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our operations, legal requirements, or service offerings. The most current version will always be published on our website. We encourage guests to review this Policy before making a booking, especially if it has been a while since your last visit.

GOVERNING LAW

This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
