Every venue in Ahmedabad will tell you it is the best one. This is the other thing — how the five kinds of venue actually differ, and the seven questions that decide whether the party works.

Seven questions worth asking.
What is the minimum guest count?
Most venues price per person with a floor. If you are inviting twelve, a twenty-guest minimum changes the real cost per child.
Is food included, or extra?
A package that looks cheaper often is not once catering is added. Ask for the per-person price WITH food.
How long do we have the room?
Party time and play time are usually different numbers. Get both.
What happens with the age range?
If the guest list spans 4 to 12, ask what the youngest will actually be allowed to do.
Where do the parents sit?
Half your guest list is adults who will be there for two hours. Somewhere to sit and something to drink matters more than anyone admits.
Who supervises the activity?
Ask whether staff supervise each zone, or whether that is on the parents.
What is the weather plan?
In Ahmedabad an outdoor party between March and June is a gamble. Indoor and air-conditioned removes it.
