Terms & Conditions

These terms apply when you book, buy or use a session at Air Maniax Ahmedabad, operated by Airmaniax India Private Limited. By booking or entering the park, you and everyone in your group accept them.

Booking and payment

• Prices shown on this website are per person and include GST unless stated otherwise.
• A session is confirmed only once payment is received. Until then a slot is not held.
• We issue a GST tax invoice once your booking is paid in full. A part payment is acknowledged with a receipt, and the invoice follows when the balance is paid.
• Payments are processed by ICICI Bank. We do not see or store your card, UPI PIN or bank credentials.
• Prices, packages and opening hours can change. The price that applies is the one shown when you pay.

Using your booking

• Your booking is for the date and session you chose and is valid once only.
• Please arrive at least 15 minutes early. Session time runs from your booked start time, not from when you enter the play area — arriving late shortens your session.
• Bookings are for the named guest and are not transferable without our agreement.
• You can upgrade at reception if space allows, paying the difference.

Changes, cancellations and refunds

• A confirmed, paid booking is non-refundable. Please check your date, session and guest count before paying.
• To move a booking, contact us at least 24 hours before your slot and we will try to reschedule you, subject to availability. A reschedule is a courtesy, not a right.
• A no-show, a late arrival or leaving early does not qualify for a refund.
• If we cancel or cannot provide your session — closure, equipment or safety reasons — you may choose a full refund or a reschedule. This is the only case in which a confirmed booking is refunded.
• Approved refunds go back to the account you paid from and can take several working days to appear, depending on your bank.

Safety, waivers and supervision

• Every participant needs a signed waiver. For anyone under 18 it must be signed by a parent or legal guardian.
• Height, age and weight limits apply to some attractions and are enforced for everyone’s safety.
• Grip socks are compulsory and can be bought at reception.
• Children must be supervised by a responsible adult as posted for their age group.
• You must follow the safety briefing and staff instructions. Anyone unwell, pregnant, recently injured, or under the influence of alcohol or drugs must not take part.
• We may refuse entry or end a session without refund where behaviour puts people at risk.

Belongings and liability

Please use the lockers provided. We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings brought into the park. Adventure play carries inherent risk; nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for anything else that cannot be excluded under Indian law.

Photography

We may photograph or film in the park for our own promotion. Tell a staff member or write to us if you do not want you or your child to appear, and we will not use that material.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with the courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat having jurisdiction.
