This Privacy Policy explains how Airmaniax India Private Limited (“Air Maniax”, “we”, “us”) handles information in the Air Maniax CRM mobile app (the “App”) and on this website. The App is an internal operations tool used by Air Maniax staff to run the venue.

Who the App is for

The App is intended for our staff and authorised operators (18+). It is not directed to children.

Information we collect

• Account & login — the staff email/identifier used to sign in, so we can authenticate you and control access.
• Location — approximate/precise device location is used only when a staff member performs an on-site check-in, to confirm the action happened at the venue. It is not tracked in the background.
• Camera & photos — photos you capture (e.g. a Lost & Found item) are uploaded to our records. The camera is used only when you choose to take a photo.
• Device & push token — a push notification token and basic device identifiers, so we can send operational notifications.
• App usage & logs — standard technical logs needed to operate and secure the service.

How we use information

We use the information solely to operate the App and the business: authenticate staff, record check-ins and Lost & Found items, deliver operational notifications, and keep the service secure. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

Sharing

Data is stored with our service providers (hosting and database infrastructure) acting on our behalf. We may disclose information if required by law. We do not otherwise share personal data with third parties.

Data retention

We keep information only as long as needed for the operational purpose above and to meet legal or accounting requirements, after which it is deleted or anonymised.

Security

Access is restricted to authorised staff and protected by authentication. We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect data.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us at the address below, subject to our legal and operational obligations.
